At Just Ask Store, your satisfaction is our priority. Here's everything you need to know:

🔄 Returns — 14 Days

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

🏭 Factory Defects

If you receive a product with a factory defect, we will replace it for free — and we'll cover the delivery costs both ways. No questions asked.

🚚 Shipping Costs on Returns

Customer's fault (changed mind, wrong size, etc.) → Customer covers shipping
Factory defect or our fault → Just Ask Store covers all shipping costs

🛡️ Warranty — 45 Days

All products come with a 45-day warranty from the date of delivery, covered by Just Ask Store. If anything goes wrong within this period due to a manufacturing issue, we've got you covered.
